Varia is a Unity asset that supplies tools for easily adding variation to scenes and prefabs. You can get Varia from the Unity Asset Store.

This project shows the samples scenes of Varia, to give you and idea of its capabilities. There's no interactivity beyond scrolling through the scenes and re-loading them.
